Yilore (易罗) is your personal AI destiny advisor. If you wish to delete your account and associated personal data, please follow the steps below.
How to submit a deletion request
About your User ID (UID)
Yilore does not use email sign-in. Your UID is the unique identifier we use to locate your account. The app may display only the last 8 characters on screen, but tapping ID copies your complete UID—please paste that full value into your email.
- In the Yilore app, open Account → App Settings, find the ID row, and tap it to copy your full User ID (UID).
- Send an email from any email address you can access to the address below.
- Use the exact subject line shown below so we can process your request promptly.
- Paste your UID into the email body and state that you wish to delete your account and personal data.

Data retention after deletion
Once your account deletion request has been completed, all personal data and usage records associated with your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. We do not retain any additional data beyond what is strictly required for tax and legal compliance purposes.
