3. Third-Party Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services and Data Transfers

Certain features of Yilore (such as question interpretation, chat, daily guidance, and processing related to image-based divination) rely on third-party artificial intelligence services (e.g. large language models). We only send information related to your request to such providers after you have given explicit consent through the in-app “AI Data Authorization” flow.

3.1 Data That May Be Transmitted to Third-Party AI Services

If you have authorized this processing, it may include:

  • Divination questions, follow-up messages, and chat content you enter or select
  • Context related to the request (for example hexagram or reading results, supplemental information you provide in the app)

We do not transmit biometric data, contacts, or payment card numbers to third-party AI services through these channels.

3.2 Recipients

Recipients are third-party AI service providers under contract with us (for example providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or other model platforms we may use from time to time; the list may change as our services evolve and will be reflected in updates to this policy). We require them to process information in accordance with applicable law and our agreements, and to implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

3.3 Consent and Withdrawal

We explain what categories of data are involved and who receives them in the app, and we obtain your explicit permission before sharing personal data with third-party AI services. You may turn off “AI Data Authorization” at any time under Account / Settings in the app; when it is off, we will not send the above data to third parties for those AI features (other features that do not rely on this authorization may still work).

4. Information Sharing

We promise not to sell, rent or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties, except when:

  • We have your explicit consent
  • Required by laws and regulations or court orders
  • To protect our legitimate interests or user safety
  • Cooperating with trusted service providers (such as cloud storage, analytics services, etc.) who are obligated to protect your information
  • Where you have consented, transferring data to third-party AI providers to deliver the features described in Section 3 of this policy (see Section 3 for details)
